Our company has over 1000 full-time or part-time translators, including state first level simultaneous translators, state level senior translators, associate senior translators, network talents, foreign experts good at Chinese, professional talents good at several foreign languages, experts from technological departments, which can fully meet the demand of hi-tech translation.
Workflow
Step I: Fetching documents
Customers may send documents to us in any forms as fax, e-mail or any other forms as they liked to. We provide swift and free document fetching and delivering service to customers within Xi'an City.
Step II: Procedure Handling
After document received, one senior translator will be assigned to analyze the document to be translated for assessing its specialty, nature and hardness. We provide free document assessment to customers, and will help customers decide the amount of translation, translation expense, as well as issues on how to reduce expense and when to deliver, etc. Contract will be signed between the company and the customer if approved.
Step III; Setting Up Project Group
The company will set up a project group according to the senior translator's analysis and assign an experienced project manager for coordination during translation. Project manager is responsible for the quality administratively and economically. Translation is done in strict accordance with work schedule.
Step IV: Maintain specialty feature of translation
In order to secure the quality and the compliance of specialty language style, the project manager shall give some specialty words and expressions for reference during translation.
Step V: Specialty proofreading by senior translator of concerning specialty
After the accomplishment of step IV, one experienced senior translator of the specialty will be assigned for accuracy proofreading. Skywind Translation will serve customers with sound base of language and specialty knowledge.
Step VI: Language proofreading by senior translator
For this step, one senior translator expert in language will be assigned for re-proofreading, focusing on words and expression. We are strict in and attach great importance to proofreading. We require our senior translation to be highly responsible. You know that any neglect during translation will not only destroy our credit, but also affect interest of the customers.
Step VII: Typeset and desktop print
In this step, our expert in computer and desktop printing will satisfy your requirement to typeset and desktop print. What you need is to give you requirement, and leave us the works left over.
Step VIII: Delivery
Final translation will be delivered to customers by fax, e-mail, free post or any other methods in customers' approval. After the accomplishment of translation, we will safeguard and handle your documents according to your requirement (including documents in fax, copies, or those in digital form, etc.), we will satisfy any of your requirement in confidentiality.
