Chapter I General Provisions
Article 1 In order to safeguard the lawful rights and interests of companies and employees within the region, and to establish and develop an industrial park (community) of harmonious and stable labor relationship, this Contract is entered into through consultation by and between both parties according to the Labor Law of the People’s Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the “Labor Law”), the Labor Contract Law of the People’s Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the “Labor Contract Law”), the Labor Union Law of the People’s Republic of China and the Collective Contract Regulation, and the related rules and regulations of Shenzhen Municipality.
Article 2 Party A herein refers to all employees of companies within the region. Party A will be represented by the labor union of the industrial park or community (or representatives of employees) to sign the regional collective contract with companies through collective consultation.
Article 3 Party B herein refers to all companies within the region. Party B will be represented by representatives of companies to sign the regional collective contract with employees through collective consultation.
