Regulation of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of the Import and Export of Goods

第一章总则

Chapter I General Provisions

第一条为了规范货物进出口管理，维护货物进出口秩序，促进对外贸易健康发展，根据《中华人民共和国对外贸易法》（以下简称对外贸易法）的有关规定，制定本条例。

第十七条进口经营者凭进口配额管理部门发放的配额证明，向海关办理报关验放手续。
